A credit card is required to be on file in case items get lost or
damaged.
We will respond to your order request by email or with a phone call
(usually within 24 hours). If you do not hear from us, please check your
spam folder for the response, or call to make sure we received your
order.
If your order delivery date is less than 7 days away, be sure to call,
even if you have emailed us a completed order form.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our main location is at our home near 28th and Jay Road in North
Boulder. You may also pick up /drop off at a Louisville location
near McCaslin & Dillon Road. Louisville has limited inventory but
with a little notice we can get your order there for you to pick up.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
You are welcome to pick up/drop off your order at either our
Boulder or Louisville location. Call for address and directions.
We also deliver! See below for delivery details.

requiring assembly must be delivered so we can set them up for you.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO, AND WHAT ARE DELIVERY FEES?
Almost anywhere in Boulder County!
Sorry, we cannot deliver to some mountain areas
(Golden, Nederland, Estes Park, Gold Hill). You
can however, arrange for porch pick-up at one of our locations, or we
can meet you somewhere in town. If you are unsure if we deliver to your
area, please check with us first.
Delivery/Pickup fees quoted are one price that include both delivery
AND pickup.
Boulder or Gunbarrel (5 mile radius from North Boulder) - Free with a
$40.00 minimum order.
Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, Niwot and Southwest Longmont - Free with a $80.00 minimum order or $15.00
delivery/pick-up fee. (You can also pick up from a Louisville
location to avoid delivery fees on smaller orders)
Other parts of Boulder County - Free with a $120.00 minimum order, or
$25.00 Delivery/Pick up fee.
Call for delivery quotes to properties outside of Boulder County or
west of Boulder.
Fees subject to change.
Orders placed for extended parts of
Boulder/Broomfield counties placed less than 7 days prior to "Start
Date" may not be guaranteed to be delivered, (please do ask) however
those orders are available for
pick-up at one our locations in Louisville or North
Boulder.
DO YOU DELIVER TO THE AIRPORT?
We can deliver to the Boulder airport if there is someone there to
receive the car seat or other items. As of now, we are not able to
deliver to the Denver airport.
Z Baby Gear is based in Boulder County Colorado and we will deliver to your
final destination in Boulder County.
WILL YOU INSTALL MY CAR SEAT?
Here is a list of a few people that can help you to install a car
seat. Keep in mind you will need to make an appointment so calling early
is strongly advised. There is no charge for them to install a car
seat for you.

** If you use either Dan Berg or Bill Flinchbaugh to help install
your car seat, 5% of your car seat rental fee will be donated to the
Colorado Children's Automobile Safety Foundation to help make sure all
children are safe in their car seats.

Manufacturer’s Product instructions will be provided with every car
seat.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Good Checks or Cash.
If you wish to pay with cash or a check, we will still need a credit card number
on file in case there are damages to the products.
A Credit Card Form is available for you to use, or you may call us
with your payment information.
WHAT IF I HAVE A LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION?
We would appreciate 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an order.
Absent serious extenuating circumstances, orders cancelled less
than 48 hours before scheduled delivery may be charged a small cancellation fee.
WHAT IF I NEED TO EXTEND MY RENTAL AGREEMENT?
As long as the product is available after your contract date, you are
welcome to extend your rental.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE GEAR IS CLEAN?
We take pride in offering clean baby gear in very good condition.
Please let us know if you think otherwise so we can make necessary
corrections.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE GEAR IS SAFE?
We are on the email recall notification list
for kid’s products through the federally funded CSPC (Child Safety
Product Commission). When applicable, products are registered with their
manufacturer.
If you are interested in receiving recall notifications by email you
can sign up at

If you feel a product is not safe for any reason, please let us know
right away so we can provide you with a replacement.
WHAT IF I DON’T FEEL THE GEAR IS CLEAN ENOUGH OR THAT IT IS SAFE
FOR MY CHILD
PLEASE let us know so we can replace it with something that
is acceptable right away.
ARE THERE QUANTITY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
Yes, contact us for pricing on longer rentals or multiple children
discounts.
WHAT IF YOU DON’T HAVE AN ITEM THAT I NEED?
Please let us know what it is that you are looking for so can try to get it for you. This
may take extra time though so keep that in mind.
